Zack’s Crispy Buffalo Salmon
1 (2 Pound) Salmon Fillet
1 Cup Japanese Bread Crumbs (Panko)
4 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 Stick of Butter
3/4 Cup Frank’s Redhot
Salt, Granulated Garlic, and Black Pepper
1. Preheat Oven to 425 Degrees F with rack in the upper third.
2. Lightly oil a shallow baking pan.
3. In a separate pan, melt butter with hot sauce. Set aside 1/4 Cup
4. Toss Panko with oil in a bowl.
5. Put Salmon, skin side down, in baking pan and sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon each of salt, granulated garlic, and black pepper.
6. Apply remaining hot sauce over salmon fillet and sprinkle with Panko evenly over top of fish.
7. Bake approximately 16-22 minutes or until Panko is golden and salmon is just cooked through.
8. Serve with remaining 1/4 cup of hot sauce on the side. ENJOY!!
Hint: Hot sauce can be replaced with your favorite BBQ Sauce.
